Why Most Founders Quit Too Early
Every business goes through difficult seasons. Most people quit right before the breakthrough.
Every business I have ever built went through a difficult season.
A period where nothing seemed to be working. Where the gap between the vision and the reality felt impossible to bridge.
I've watched founders walk away in those moments.
I've also watched founders who stayed become something remarkable.
The challenge with building is that the difficult seasons don't announce themselves.
You don't know if you're three months from a breakthrough or three months from the end.
What I've learned is this.
Most people quit too early.
Not because the business was unsalvageable.
Because the difficulty was uncomfortable and the future was uncertain.
Stay in the game long enough to learn. Long enough to adapt. Long enough to find the answer that isn't obvious from the beginning.
The breakthrough is usually closer than it feels.
